Plans and billing
This guide explains how plans, purchasing and billing management work. The pricing page lists every plan and allowance.
Plans at a glance
How buying a plan will work
- Choose a specific plan and billing interval on the pricing page.
- Sign in, or create your account once accounts open. Your selection is kept while you do.
- Pay on the payment provider’s hosted checkout.
- Return to CutroomOS, where your plan is confirmed from our billing records before access changes.
If confirmation takes a moment, the page shows Confirming your plan and does not ask you to pay again. If you already have an active plan, the pricing page offers Manage billing instead of a second purchase.
Manage billing
Once paid plans open, subscribers will be able to update payment details, see invoices or cancel from their account. Cancelling will show the actual date access ends.
Refunds
CutroomOS is free during the private beta. Refund terms for paid plans will be published at Refunds before purchases open.
