CutroomOS is free during the private beta, so there is nothing to refund yet.

During the private beta

There are no charges for the private beta. If we ever ask you to pay for something during the beta, the price and refund terms will be shown before you buy.

When paid plans launch

Payments will be processed by our payment provider as merchant of record. We will publish the refund terms for paid plans here before they go on sale. For any billing question, email admin@cutroomos.com.
