All plans use the same search engine and evidence standards. Search and Analyze require an internet connection.
Original videos remain on your drives. Cloud services process derived media and maintain the searchable index. CutroomOS does not provide cloud backup for your originals.

Usage packs remain available for 90 days. Searchable-capacity add-ons renew monthly. Automatic overage charges are off; you choose whether to buy more or upgrade.

Indexing is the new processing you can perform each month. Searchable capacity is the total indexed library you can keep available. Capacity does not reset monthly.
A newly indexed video version counts toward the file allowance. Changed content is a new version. Verified unchanged copies, renames and moves do not consume indexing allowance again.
One new cloud search counts once, including searches with no matches. Browsing local filenames, opening results, playback and paging through the same search do not consume another query.
A standard focused question uses one credit, including evidence retrieval and answer writing. Its standard allowance covers up to five matched videos and ten minutes of inspected evidence. Deeper or broader requests show their credit cost before you confirm.
Follow-up questions and requests for fresh evidence can use additional credits. Reading saved answers is free. Answers identify the evidence consulted; a focused answer does not imply that every video was inspected.
Assistant requests share your account’s Search and Analyze allowances. Any subscription or model charges from your chosen assistant are separate.
The affected cloud operation pauses. Your originals, local library and available local playback remain accessible. We warn you before allowances run out.
Included monthly usage resets each billing month. Purchased usage packs follow their separate 90-day expiry.
Yes. Paid access continues through your paid-through date. You can then use Free within its limits. Downgrading may require selecting which indexed videos remain searchable. Billing never deletes your original files.
