Workflow · Interview research

Locate statements across interviews and verify every quote.

Ask across your selected interviews. Check each statement in its original context before it becomes a quote.

How it works in practice

  1. Step 1: Choose the interviews to ask about

Choose interviews or a folder. Follow-up questions keep that scope unless you change it.

Sample scopeInterviews / Studio series · 6 recordings selected

  2. Step 2: Ask a focused question

Get an answer grounded in retrieved evidence, with citations and clear gaps.

Sample questionWhat did she say about how long a glaze takes to cure?

  3. Step 3: Open each citation before you use the quote

Open the cited source and time range. Spoken words and visual observations are labeled separately.

    Sample citationstudio_interview_02.mov · 01:12–01:31 · recognized speech

Partial answers are labeled as partial

Answers state what was consulted. If some selected recordings are not indexed, the answer says that it may not cover every mention. Speaker labels describe who spoke in a recording; they do not identify real people.

Start with the footage you already have.
